Ms. Kavita Borawake BMAC Hip Surgery requires compulsory bed rest for six weeks. Ms. Kavita’s family choose Phenixcare for providing the Caregiver with a first initial for one week at the Hospital and then 5 weeks at their home. Phenixcare team as always was quite prompt in making sure the right caregiver with proper training and skills to manage Bed ridden patients while making sure the patient grooming and hygiene, and speedy recovery are of utmost importance. Ms. Ashawari Kumari was chosen by the Phenixcare Trainer and Operations team and was deployed at the hospital & then continued her duty to the patient’s residence. Ms. Ashawari a 22 years girl from Ranchi Jharkhand joined Phenixcare in March’22, what a miracle she created with Ms. Kavita.
