First Aid

It’s always good to bring some basic first aid, maybe pills for headaches, patches or disinfectants. You never know what might happen to you, sometimes it doesn’t take much for an accident.

 Additional Battery for camera

You will never be hurt to have an extra battery because maybe you will spend the whole day on the tour and you will not fill it as you planned. And how that usually happens, just when you need the battery to be emptied and you miss to take the most beautiful picture from your trip.

Do not wear clothes or shoes that you have never tried before

If you bought something from shoes or clothes, and you haven’t had a chance to try it, don’t wear it. You might think that your new sneakers or trousers will look very nice in front of some sights. Yet there is a possibility that they will get blisters already in the first minutes when you go on the tour, and because of that little detail, you will perish the whole trip, because you will not be able to enjoy the pain.

Put on those awful but comfortable sneakers

Otherwise, you love your ballet shoes, flip-fliers or other footwear that you don’t wear for more than an hour or two. When you find yourself in a situation where you have to walk all day, a few days in a row, you’re going to want to wear those ugly but comfortable sneakers.

Make copies of passports and important documents

This is always good to have, if not in multiple copies and in more different places. You never know what might happen to you, someone to rob you, lose your bag, or just misplaced the documents. In this case, the copies will help you get a lot easier out of a complicated situation.

The second you remember to pack something, pack your

As it happens, remember you need to pack something up and don’t do it right away. As you pack your suitcase you have that feeling that you wanted to take something, but you just can’t remember what it was. The moment you go on the road and it’s too late through your mind to pass what it is you should have taken. So pack it up now.

 Bring the Wipes

Probably with toilet paper you will not have so much trouble in western states, but in the poorer, it does not imply that it will wait for you. That’s why it never hurts to have at least a packet of tissues in your bag because you never know when you might need it.

Write down names, stories, and details from the path

Although you think you’ll remember everything, sometimes you’ll find yourself in a situation where you come home and you can’t remember the name of the people you met or you forgot an interesting story. So take notes to make it easier to recall all the details from your trip.

Do not wear your wallet in your back pocket or in your bag

We’ve already heard too many stories where people have been robbed during the big crowd, so always keep your wallet in the bag that will be in front of you to always be in plain sight.

Buy that souvenir that is strange but attracts you

You came across this totally weird souvenir that doesn’t fit in your collection at all, but it kind of attracts you. And you’d buy it, but you don’t want to spend any money on it, you have no place in your suitcase or whatever reason, and eventually, you don’t buy it. By the time you get home, you’ll be thinking about that souvenir and thinking to her why I didn’t take it, it was great and who knows if I’ll ever go to that place again and have a chance to buy something like that. So when you’re in this situation, you buy that souvenir and you look forward to it every time you see it.
