What is the Format for PTE Exam in 2018?

No matter what is your native language, you should prepare for the PTE exam with full consideration; lack of preparation can affect your performance on the PTE test day. There are 3 sections of the test i.e., Speaking and Writing, Reading and Listening that are being prepared by the students at our pte training in gurgaon. The test is conducted via computer and is a three hour test session. There are 20 different questions ranging from Multiple Choice Question to the essay writing and other tasks mentioned below.

This test aims at day-to-day English rather than the high-level English language and ensures the better understanding of student’s proficiency in the language. This exam scored their result on a scale of 10-90 where 10 is the lowest one. The score shows the ability of an individual to read, speak and also understanding the verbal instructions and write it in the English language. They are presented in a graph for the ease of test takers.

The exam is conducted for the entire year at the designated test centers across country. Dates may vary from center to center. Select the nearest test center or pte coaching in Gurgaon and click next. The dates are easily available with facility of quick result within 5 working days and also it’s easy to score 65+ or 79+ for academic or immigration purpose.

PTE Academic is equals to the Common European Framework (CEF or CEFR) that is an official benchmark for the language ability developed by the Council of Europe (2001).

You need to read aloud the text appearing on the screen that is text up to 60 words. The skills assessed here are Reading and Speaking. While repeating the sentence you need to say it after listening to it. The time given here for it is 3-9 seconds with the skills Listening and Speaking. You need to describe the image once it displayed.

Re-telling the lecture after memorization is need to described in your own words to test the listening and speaking skills. Don’t speak up before the microphone gets started as your voice is not recording at that time. Always speak calmly as well as clearly.
