6 Things to Avoid from Having Perfect Good Night’s Sleep

As we all know that it is very important to sleep well at night. As it will affect directly on our memory, health, focus, mood, fitness and efficiency. So that’s why you should prefer to take steps to make your room sleep sanctuary. Obviously it is very important to have a luxurious bedroom to have a soothing good night’s sleep so prefer to start by setting up comfy bed. Try to create a luxurious bedroom and avoid doing all activities that will become the reason of causing sleep disorders. 1. Avoid Having Low Quality and Cheap Bedding:

Using thicker bedding for winter and thinner for the summer can also help you sleep better.

Actually, people like to kick back in bed and watch their favorite TV shows, but that might affect our sleep. Because sounds and motion will keep your mind activated and the light prevents you from sleeping properly. So that’s why you should avoid watching television before you sleep.

3. Avoid Using Electronics Before Sleep:

Keep in mind not only your television is stealing your sleep; your tablet, your phone, your laptop and other electronics like LED lights also share the blame. Studies show that the blue light from LED works against melatonin, more than regular white lights. The glow of laptop screen also has similar effects. Checking your emails before bed encourages stress. Surfing the internet and checking social networks keeps your mind active for a longer time, it can bring negative feelings.

Another thing that will create a direct effect of your sleep is to feel sweaty or hot while sleeping. Keep in mind that our sleep is really affected by warmer temperature. Lighter weight bedding and cooling mattress pads can help getting a good night’s sleep.

Other than that you should prefer to know that a mattress is an important part of your sleep equation. You can replace the mattress whenever you feel your bed is no longer comfortable. A mattress should be changed after 5 to 7 years.
