Mr. Akhilesh Srivastava CGM of IT & Highway Operation, National Highway Authority of India (NHAI) delivers his speech on the road engineering, maintenance, and technology in the 4th Annual Road and Highways Conference, at the Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel, Singapore.
